The SDS plus-5X bit offers highly efficient drilling in reinforced concrete. The geometric shape of the 4-edge head prevents jamming and breakage for optimal results. The “back angle” head and large, short dust removal channels in the 4-flute design provide fast dust removal so the bit can cut through concrete and iron quickly with reduced wear. For efficient work and exact hole diameters, the centering tip guides the drill from the start, preventing deviations that can produce the wrong hole diameter. The bit is intended for use in masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete. It is compatible with rotary hammers that have SDS plus support.
