Headquartered at Rua de Santa Eulália, nº2232 - Guimarães with NIF 502061898, Share Capital €50,000 CRC de Guimarães under nº 3040 - Sociedade por Quotas sells through its online store www.ferramentarotativa.com to customers in the national territory as well as to Spain. It also has a public sale shop in Fermentões-Guimarães which is governed by other conditions.

PRICES

The prices shown in the online store are exclusive and cannot be practiced in the physical store due to the inherent costs that it presents.

PURCHASE

Through the website, simply add the products to the cart and proceed to checkout using the forms provided for this purpose.

The purchase is only finalized after receipt of proof of payment if made by bank transfer.

If you choose the Multibanco (MB), MBWay or Paypal option, you do not need to send proof. However, you have 2 days (48 hours) to make the payment . After this period, the order is cancelled.

After confirmation of payment, the delivery process of the products in question will be triggered.

We always appreciate the placement of your complete address and Taxpayer Number .

The delivery address must be easily located and accessible for delivery during office hours. You must always indicate at least one telephone contact number.

Together with your products we will send:

  • Simplified invoice (if the taxpayer number is not provided),
  • Invoice-Receipt (with Taxpayer Number)
  • Delivery/transportation note (if sent directly from our supplier to the customer) - In this case, the customer will be notified in due course and the tax document will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Warranty Certificate (if applicable)

STOCK

The items on display in the online store www.ferramentartativa.com are items that are normally available and in stock. However, out of stock may arise and the customer will be informed when placing the order if the delivery times described in the articles are not possible to meet.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

To date, deliveries are made by CTT and the customer will receive the order tracking code as soon as it is accepted by the carrier.

It is very important that someone is present at the indicated address to receive the order, which normally ships within 24-48 working hours (except for stock outages) after confirming payment.

In the event that the address/customer is not accessible, the order will remain for 7 days at the CTT post office closest to the indicated address so that the customer can collect it. After that time, CTT will return the order to JJ Pinto LDA and the customer will have to pay the transport costs.

ATTENTION: When filling in the shipping address, the customer is responsible for inserting the complete and correct address. In case of error or omission of data in the address, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the order.

In order for delivery to be as quick as possible, we often ship directly from our partners' warehouses (Bosch pe) to the customer's address. However, it is not possible for us to send the tracking code for the shipment and to remove the tool number (10 digits) and the serial number (9 digits) for warranty registration. On these occasions, we ask for the collaboration of the customer to provide us with this information (eg photo of the product information label to geral@jjpinto.pt ) upon receipt of the machine(s) and/or batteries. If the customer has any difficulties, he should notify us by e-mail that one of our collaborators will contact the customer in order to clarify the doubts.

The customer is advised to check the package of the order, at the time of delivery, if it is in perfect condition, and or open the package in front of the carrier for verification, even after signing the bill.

And whenever you observe any deterioration in the packaging that could cause damage to the article, you must indicate them, inscribing them on the carrier's delivery note, in the Observations or Reservations field, accompanied by your signature.

You must also confirm, by e-mail or telephone, these same reservations, on the same day, or at the latest, on the first working day following receipt of your order.

Any claim can only be considered when duly noted on the carrier's delivery note, and confirmed via email, geral@jjpinto.pt, or telephone, 253 415 441 to JJ PINTO Lda.

If these procedures have not been carried out, JJ PINTO Lda will be released from any responsibility towards the customer.

It may happen in specific situations that the order is not delivered within the deadlines established or announced here.

If the Customer verifies that there is a delay in the delivery of the order, he must contact our services to verify and locate it. This contact, which we advise to be carried out as soon as possible.

Delivery is normally made within a maximum period of 5 working days for mainland Portugal and 10 working days for mainland Spain.

For the Archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores it may take between 5 and 15 working days, with the maximum weight per order being 20 kg for Madeira and 5 kg for the Azores.

You can choose between two types of product delivery:

1 - Normal Home Portugal Mainland, 4.90€ - FREE on purchases over 50€ (Delivery within 48 to 96 business hours)

2 - Express Domicilio Portugal Continental (24h - 72h) - Shipping ONLY for items that mention immediate delivery - You can check prices by simulating an order without finalizing it.

3 - Azores (up to 5 Kg) and Madeira (up to 20 Kg) - 5 to 15 working days - You can check prices by simulating an order without finalizing it.

WARRANTY

All products have a 2-year warranty or a 1-year warranty for professional use (business VAT number) against manufacturing defects .

BOSCH professional line products (blue line) have a 5-year warranty for machines and 2 years for batteries and chargers (against manufacturing defects) unless otherwise stated and when registered by JJ Pinto Lda (Bosch Premium Partner)

In the case of professional line machines, a guarantee certificate will be sent per BOSCH product that has the machine's serial number, except when the shipment is made directly from BOSCH warehouses to the customer's address (in this mode, the customer will be notified when ordering and you must send us the serial numbers for us to register the warranty extension).

The remaining products have the warranty period described in their details.

Attention: Warranty does not cover wear parts

In the event of a failure within the warranty period, you must contact us so that we can repair or replace it with a new product free of charge (except transport costs).

The breakdown/manufacturing defect analysis process takes an average of 10 working days and during this period it is not possible for us to provide a replacement product.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

In the event of a breakdown, the customer may request the collection of the product (only in mainland Portugal), which will be carried out by a carrier, in the same way as deliveries are made, in order to facilitate the shipment of the same, to the official workshops of the Brand. . In this situation, it is recommended that the customer pack the product in a cardboard box that is always considerably larger than the product and carefully packaged, with crumpled paper or newspapers to protect it during transport. complete and contacts. In the case of warranty, proof of purchase must also be attached. After its repair, it will be sent back to the customer, who will always be charged for the collection and delivery service, at cost price.

If the customer is in the Islands (Madeira / Azores) he should look for the authorized agent of the Brand for repair.

RETURNS

The customer has 14 days to exchange or return any order without having to provide any justification for doing so. After these 14 days, we will not be able to accept a return.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us by email and complete the return (sending the product to our facilities), within the said period.

For the return to be valid, the article must be sent back without signs of use and in its original packaging (as well as any offer that originated from it). You must also send proof of purchase together.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.

The amount paid for shipping costs at the time of purchase is non-refundable . For purchases over €50, the cost of shipping is included in the final price of the order and will be deducted for refund purposes.

The item must be returned using a trackable shipping service, i.e. it must be possible to track the shipment and have proof of delivery.

After proving the condition of the product(s), the amounts involved in the purchase will be returned within a maximum period of 14 days via bank transfer.

RETURNS DUE TO ERROR ASSOCIATED WITH INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

When filling in the shipping address, the customer is responsible for inserting the complete and correct address. In case of error or omission of data in the address, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the order.

In this case, an entity and Multibanco reference will be generated for the customer to settle the value of the forwarding costs.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know whether or not the return is accepted subject to the above conditions.

Whenever possible, refunds will be made using the same method of payment. If this is not possible, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

If the refund is approved, JJ Pinto Lda will refund the customer within a maximum period of 14 days.
